Is Be Value ADSL+2 package?
UK ADSL+2 provider Be has downgraded the speed of its Be Value from 24 meg to 8 meg. The price looks attractive, but my question is, is Be Value a ADSL+2 package?

If it is so, will it be able to provide consistent speed and have better coverage than other 8 Mb ADSL packages? What is in ADSL+2 that determines reliability of speed?

Yes ADSL+2 is a package. You can expect download sppeds of up to 24Mbps.Thesze new systems are compatible with current ADSL networks and equipment so there is no worries there. So yes it has better coverage and i would recommend it.

If you are on local loop bundled lines (LLU) of Be, you will get ADSL+2 service. However, you will get just ADSL when you are on BT lines.
