If we are taking the services of a ISP, who did not have a customer service center in that area then it might not be a good decision as it is always hectic.

First make sure that the ISP has a customer care center in the particular area and then get the connection.Or the customer will fall in great troubles.

Get the connection from an ISP who has a customer care center in your area.Or else the service will be very poor.

Technical issues have always been a concern for broadband customers in the UK. What if you have customer care is available in your area, but is worthless? In my opinion, a good ISP should take responsibility for the pitfalls in its service and try to help the customers whenever they have any sort of problem.

The quality of service and customer support have a lot to improve in the UK. Ofcourse, this is what I feel.

Yeah before getting your Internet Service Providor you would have to check it was suitable for you.Simply if there is no customer service centre in your area that ISP will not be suitable for you.

You can contact the help desk via telephone in case if you do not customer service in your area. All ISPs provide the details on customer support in their websites. Most of them allow you to call at local call rates and premium services will be available but you have to pay extra for that.

A few ISPs allow you to make free calls to their customer lines if you take their phone packages with broadband, for instance, AOL.
