Provider of the Month - June
As you probably noticed on our home page, we have chosen Eclipse broadband as our provider of the month.

They have not only won the ISP of the year award, but the feedback we have been getting from our website users about Eclipse had been good over the last couple of months. They also have simple packages to choose from and have a UK call center.

Now we are collecting data and comparing ISPs and their offers for choosing our provider of the month for July. If you have done a bit of research or want to recommend an ISP for the provider of the month status, please post here about which ISP you would like to recommend and why.

Pipex Free 6 months Broadband sounds pretty good
Pipex have an offer on at the moment that looks like a pretty good one to me, it's the Pipex Mini + Anytime and they are giving 6 months Free 8MB broadband with Anytime calls and International call package for just £12.50 a month, the package includes FREE Phone Calls and cheap Mobile and International calls as well.
You also get FREE Modem, Connection, Anti-virus and Firewall with it.
It is only on a 18 month contract, but hey I think we all want our connections for longer than that!

What does the Pipex price increase to after the 6 month period? It it's a reasonable price then that might be a good deal - 8Mb is acceptable speed for most people. What caps do they have though?

That is good that you have been able to list a company that is realiable and can provide service, otherwise they would not be ISP of the year.

No one should be given that award as they don't give the customer service and speed given by all of them is much less than that stated. They just use "UPTO" and get rid of all our questions.
