I recently purchased a new high-end laptop for use at home in the UK and in Belgium. I have been using Pipex as an ISP in the UK but they don't allow connections from Europe.
So my query really is do any service providers allow high speed connections from both the UK & Belgium? My contact there already has internet at their home do i have to find out and contact their isp to connect?
I know from the
ISPA that AT&T and Cable & Wireless have ISP's there but it's very confusing >.<
Sorry if this sounds retarded I'm not at all new to computers but this is a whole new area to me.
As for fees and similar I don't mind signing on for a contract to get an ISP that would fulfill my needs, i'm just not sure there is one!
