I'm confused because article states Iceland is part the roaming deal, but when i looked on the web it says Iceland and Ireland are not included.I'm off to these countries next month.Still don't know what is the real deal.

Anycase International roaming is free for just incoming calls for the given 3 months and are priced heavily for outgoing calls, it only suits corporate business men [who doesnt care for what ever price listed], and I dont see many personal mobile phone users will be interested in International roaming calls, they would rather use their local numbers.
