PAYG on a BT Landline.

Does any ISP provide a true PAYG service on a BT line ?

I only want to pay for when I use broadband either by connection time/ data transfer or like some Mobile Internet providers by paying for 30 days at a time. Or similar.

Most landline deals claiming to PAYG are only pay monthly with no contract that is not in my book true PAYG.
