Provider of the Month - July

As many of you probably noticed, BT Total Broadband has been chosen as provider of the month. They have not only come up with some better offers, but have also released a limited edition Black home hub, which does look much better than the usual white hub.

The users of our broadband site (and we do too) hate premium rate phone numbers and BT has been sensible to offer a 0845 number for customer service.

Not surprisingly, for the third time this year, BT is our provider of the month!

Overall they may well be, but in a very limited experiece (me) the service is not great at times, howver a black home hub would be cool, I wonder how you go about a tradein?

I have to say there customer support has something to be talked about , they work of a script and when like myself you know what the problem is they still ask you stupid questions and won't listen.

Too expensive IMO, you can get the same cheaper elsewhere, and these companies won't drop a 3 month bill through your door 2 days after signing up.

Also glad to see more non BT ISP's offering the phone line with their broadband deals, and much cheaper aswell.

Yes BT is better than others. Even I am using it and it provides relatively good service and support.
