To restore my wireless router to factory settings
I use a netgear wireless router. It was working well for six months, however, it stopped working for the last one week. I think I meddled with its settings and I could not restore it to factory settings.

What should I do now? Should I call someone from BT?

Any help will be appreciated

Hi,

There should be a button at the back of the router just click re-set to set it back to factory defaults.

Or log onto your router homepage click on firmware and there is usually a factory re-set button.

Then configure the router again using the correct details supplied by your ISP.
