Connectivity problem
Hi Everyone!

Here is my problem. I am just not able to connect to the internet. I get a message that 'the network cable is unplugged'. However, I do have a wireless connection (billion 7401) on my laptop. Can anyone suggest to fix this problem?

Thanks.

First, check the network card, and make sure it's properly connected. Now reboot your system. Make sure that cabling is not faulty.

As you use laptop to connect to internet, also make sure that the network adaptor is working properly. You can just remove it and reinstall it. If this does not work, test this hardware on another PC.
