Watching the particular IP address

Hey!

I would like to know whether there is any software to montor the APs (Access Points) in the network in real time.
The purpose is to find out the amount of data that passes through each AP. I also like to know which protocol is used for data transfer.

Is there any software that can monitor a particular IP address?

I'm not sure if this is what your wanting however, this looks like a good peice of software:

AATools Network Monitor - IP Address Table it is an IP table that shows monitoring and specific information about an IP.
