ADSL problem
Hi,
I am quite new to broadband and to this forum. Right now, I am using dial-up and considering to take up a broadband connection soon.

My problem is my home is roughly 8 kms from BT exchange and they say I cannot get ADSL. What should I do now? I think dialup does not meet my needs.

Any help?

Thanks.

Think of a company your going to possibly switch to broadband, dial up or ADSL to and tell them your suituation via email. They may supply you with a booster signal or some kind of equipment that allows you to pick up the exchange signal. There will be a way round this.
