If you have problems with your current ISPs over their service or other issues, you can complain to the telecom regulator Ofcom or Oftel.

There is ISPA which is an association of Internet Service Providers in the UK which can also offer solution to your unresolved issues.

However, I would like to know whether you have lodged complaint with your ISP in writing. If not so, do it and wait for one or two fortnights before you take your issue to Ofcom or Oftel or ISPA.

Good Luck!
