My router is not working its a netgear router and I had called them 3 days back they said they'll repair it in 2 days. But till now there is no response. What could be the problem.

There really is no straight solution.Possibly the wiring inside the router has been connected wrongly causing it to malfunction.However, maybe a large component has gone and they are having to order a new one.There is a large variety of possibilities, im sure it will be sorted soon.
