Should I do myself.
If a product's wire is blown out. Can I try myself to fix it without breaking the warranty.

It is adviced that we should not try to repaire any product which has warrenty. If the product gets damaged due to your treatment the company won't take any responsibility. Please call the authorised people and ask them to fix it.

I agree with jipsonnj. Once I opened up the CPU of my home computer to fix a problem. Unfortunately, I could not fix it up, and later had to call the technical person from the concerned company. First thing the man asked was whether I tore the warranty sticker and I had to pay some bucks for the replacment of a bit of wire which caused all the problem. If I had not opened the CPU in my haste, I need not not have paid a single penny. A good lesson

No this would break the warranty, i would recommend you just take this back to the place your bought the product from and they will be able to help you out as thats what the warranty is fo.If anything goes wrong that particular business is deemed to fix this for you at no charge.
