Trouble shooter
I have set up ADSL on my Personal Computer and this is on a working phone installation with 5 extensions. The Broadband MODEM is plugged into the master socket. I can see the broadband signal if I disconnect all of the other extensions. Any ideas please?

Just reset your modem and then again configure it. This must solve it else call your customer care.
