Loads :-)

Seriously it depends on how you want your network layed out. Not sure how many Ethernet ports your router has, most have 4.

So without any extra expanding with extra hubs/switches its 4, however you can hook daisy chain hubs/switches together.

There isnt a set number it just depends how you link different bits of hard ware together.

The real limiting number is going to be the bandwidth, if you have say 200 computers all accessing a slow broadband line its going to be hell to say the least.

That it is when you have a hub for your network you can connect more computers than what the router has ports for simply because your hub houses all the computers and then connects to one port of your router.

Thinking about this a bit deeper it will depend what people are doing with the network and the speed of your net connection. Personally I wouldnt put any more than 10 people on an ADSL line.

If you are a home user, NetGear WGR614 54 wireless router is excellent option. If you are a home user, how many computers will you be able to connect, five or six? Depending up on the connection speed and the distance from the router, the performance will vary.

This depends how big your house is, how high up your router is and the positioning of it and basically the structure of your house and how its set up.Try and put your router somewhere high up and it should be able to operate all the computers in whatever location its in depending on if its not too far away from the routers signal.
