Found new hardware.
Everytime I restart my computer I get this message and I have to reinstall my router on my windows XP . What could be the problem??

This problem has a very simple solution. you have to increase your RAM because the RAM of your system is either defective or less compared to other config.

Very well put london. I have to say that RAM plays more parts then most people realize and this can be a problem when you are running several things at a time, such as all the items that automatically startup when the computer is booted.

Its not a RAM issue at all.
Its just that window has been corrupted and all you need to do is scan for viruses and then reinstall the windows. Increasing ram will not do any good.
