I just read that BT and Kingston use a Local Loop Unbundling and was wondering what dose that mean ? I know that other providers use BT's network but I can not understand this "Local Loop Unbundling" or LLU
Nothing like asking a question and getting directed elsewhere for the answer. here is a brief explanation of what a LLU is.
Local Loop Unbundling is where several companies obtain the rights to use the connections from the telephone exchange's cental location. The actual wire connection between the customer and the company is known as the local loop. Hope this gave you some understanding of LLU.
