Phone not working.
I am not getting any signal in my phone line but internet is working fine. I have even tried with a different splitter and phone. What could be the problem.

Can you possibly try the phone with another system? That way you can eliminate the problem with the phone itself. If you can't do that, maybe you can call your internet provider and do some software troubleshooting with them first.

IF you are having a problem with your phone then the internet has to go down and you net is working means that there is not problem with the phone line , that has to be some thing wrong with your device

have you checked with the phone service provider. The internet connection often has nothing to do with the land line service. So check with them to see if there is a problem in the line or in the connection in your home.

There is some problem with your router and so you can try this and you can check that by directly connecting your line to phone.

If your internet is working correctly this can't be your Internet service providor.I sugest the best solution is to email your ISP the problem and hopefully they will be able to get to the problem. They may even be some FAQ on your ISPs site that meets your problem.

There could be problem in phone equipment or there is not proper connection between the splitter and your phone. Plz check whether all wires are not damaged and are in proper condition.

I donot understand what do you mean by 'no signal in your phone'. you dont get that usual dial tone or is it just silent?

If you can't gain a solution and its really agigtating you, you could ring the providors of your phone service and they should be able to help.Maybe they will send a BT engineer round to study the lines of your house and that everything is connected correctly and functioning orite.
