| You can't cancel the cease order, you need to wait until the order gets completed normally cease order will be completed within 5 working days. Once you order completed you can request your provider to re provide your service and it will also take 5 working days to complete.
They can't provide you the broadband service if cease is in progress because when they run BT checker to place an order it will states “Order is in progress kindly reissue the order once it gets completed”. |
