Also make sure you are typing the url correct and there is no space between http and url.

You are not connected to server this can be due to wrong settings which can be fixed by reseting the router and if there is a network problem. Contact your ISP.

Yes your Internet service providor will be able to assist further sorry there is nothing else we can do.I would recommend emailing them in detail about your problem and asking them to give resolution methods?
