Orange broadband speed really bad, please help
Hi all, Hoping one of you could help me resolve my problem? I have orange broadband up to 8meg. I normally get around 4-6 meg connection which is fine for me

Over the last few days my speed have really dropped 112kbps!! I have look at my line staus on my Bt voyager 2100 modem and these are the results?

Line Mode G.dmt Line State Show Time
Latency Type Interleave Line Up Time 01:13:05:43
Line Coding Trellis On Line Up Count 19

Statistics Downstream Upstream
Line Rate 672 448
Noise Margin 10.3 dB 14.0 dB
Line Attenuation 14.0 dB 8.5 dB
Output Power 12.4 dBm 16.4 dBm

Not sure what it all means but if someone could help me get back up to speed i would be very grateful.

thanks
Allison

Best bet would get BT to access your line and see what capacity it can hold.

Speeds normally are based on how far away you are from the interchange, and how well your ISP is performing.

Your best bet would be to email Orange about your problem.
