In case there is no ADSL in your area

What dose some one do if there is no ADSL avaiable in your area , cause they will only upgrade once the target level has been reached , so what dose one do till then any advice

Make sure you let BT (or another broadband provider) know your interest, get anyone else in the area do the same (you dont actually have to buy it I believe), once the believe they have enough people in the area wanting broadband they will ADSL enable it.

There is no need to worry over this. Because, if some ISP happen to read this forum, they will definitely catch you on phone next minute. If there is truely any problem in your area, I think, you need to wait.

Do you guys think that it is that easy ? will they jump at the oportunity to get into a new area with only a few users ? also how will a ISP get me number on this forum ?

You'll have to contact other service providers there is no other way out.
