No Connection
Hi,

I have recently moved house and am currently with AOL.

My line was enabled three weeks ago, and as of today I still cannot access the Internet.

Called them, they suggested the router I am using (Netgear DG834N) was broken and to call them.

Called Netgear, swapped for a new router - still cannot connect!

Has anyone any ideas as to why this could be?

The Online light and Wireless light are both lit GREEN on the router, and on start up the "I" lights for a second and then goes out.....its driving me insane!

Yes it sounds to me like your router is faulty. Setting up to the internet is not confusing, its a simple process. Just contact AOL and get this problems resolved.
