AOL Address Book

Hi
Can anyone tell me if there is an easy way to transfer my conntacts in my AOL address book to Outlook Express, without having to go through aolsync and opening an account with Plaxo.
I have tried asking this question on many other forums with out much luck, so I apologise if this is not the type of question to be asked on this forum.
