Hopeless service.

As AOL is the one of the oldest service provider I was using there service but I never liked there service and there engineer came after 10 days of complaint.

Aol was never a great service even in the beginning. I live in the U.S when AOL first came out and there was another service that was around before them called Prodigy. Now AOL did become big name because they has more money to spend but the service has always been crappy. With disconnects and poor service, untrained technical staff.
