No contract for switchers
Yes that is a shame, AOL have always been a popular choice, but now the 18 months has been waivered for anyone with an existing broadband connection that make the switch from their current broadband supplier to AOL, using MAC (Broadband Migration). The switcher needs to have their own AOL Broadband supported modem and be a new member.

Well, the things they will do to get people to their service. This does not surprise me at all. Their service is a problem though and I would never use it, it has been bad for a long time. This is why they are offering so many different things for free.
