Well, it is nice that Tiscali has removed the monthly cap from their cheapest broadband offer. This is a promotional offer too and seems to be only valid till the end of month. 'Unlimited' broadband has an affinity with slow speeds. During the unlimited hours, the connection speeds may drop, that can be disaappointing. Tiscali is also one of the ISPs that often punish heavy users with their traffic management rules. I think, this package is for light users
