Complaints against ISPs were on rise
The latest report from Consumer Direct shows that complaints to ISPs on various issues have increased by 43 percent during the last 12 months. The Advice service launched by UK government reports that over 13,536 calls regarding ISPs were answered since 2006.

Likewise, Mobile phones (issues related to service agreement) accounted for nearly half of the complaints received by Consumer Direct.

Poor customer service of many ISPS is the reason behind the deluge of complaints received by Consumer Direct. If the ISPs are able to resolve your problems as soon as you complain, there is no need to complain to Ofcom or Oftel or Consumer Direct. Many help desks do not answer to the queries raised by the customers.
It is hightime for the ISPs to do the needful in this regard.

A recent customer satisfaction report from O2 broadband provider says many broadband users are not quite satisfied with the speeds, service quality and customer support provided by their ISPs. One out of eight customers in UK would prefer to switch to new providers after the contract or sometimes by breaking the contract

Hi to all,
Ya i noticed many problems with the broadband connections. The Internet service providers are hyping about the speeds and download limit but that is not the real thing.
