Government plans to provide cheap broadband school children
UK education ministry is chalking out plans for providing cheaper broadband connections for the parents of secondary school and primary school students who do not have broadband connection at home.
The plan will feature 'online reporting' by connecting the intranet of school and will help the parents to know about the progress of their children in school.
According to report the campaign will be completed in two years and currently, discussions with the ISPs are going on to find out the ways to reduce the cost of internet connections for this section of people who still think that broadband is not affordable.
