What are the problem that you face with your Network connection
All fault generally lies with the ISP, it is we that have to pay for premium rates. According to uSwitch could end up paying £22 to resolve a single problem.
Network connection problems are (37%) of technical support queries, Service interruptions (18%) and set-up problems (16%)and the rest are wireless routers and speed.
CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION IS AT ITS ALL TIME LOW

Yes i agree customer satisfaction is appauling.I had to ring up Tiscali once the rates to call was about £1.50 a minute and the support was absoloute rubbish it was nothing i didn't already know and they was no help.They just hung up on me if they didn't know the answer after talking aload of rubbish first.
