How much do we spend on calling help lines ?
You would not believe but we spend £34million a year calling support lines and £12 million of that is spent "on hold"
Only 40% of the problem is fixed the first time ;generally three calls are need to fix a problem .
What do you think about this ?

Haze to be honest im absolutely stunned by these figure there unberlieavable.I'm mean im always put on hold and its like on £1.50 premium lines.How dare they the support given is mostly rubbish.I tend to write to companies or email if i need help.
