Anyone got the Sky 16mb connection?

Sky have been offering a 16mb connection for quite a few months now buy I've never spoken to anyone who has it. It a great price, but i wonder how they can offer it when most others who use a DSL connection can only do 8mb.

I know ISP's such as Be have more, but they've installed the equipment for it, SKY has not from what I've heard.

Perhaps another 'upto' type 'scam'?
