O2 broadband and Zen Internet named the most reliable ISPs

The latest PC Pro Awards 2008 have named Zen Internet and O2 broadband as the best ISPs for reliability and high quality services. More than 95 percent of the customers of these broadband providers would like to recommend their providers to friends, according to the survey.

However, Tiscali and Pipex customers are so much dissatisfied with their services that less than half of their existing customers would suggest their providers to friends.

Ya i agree with your point. But if you take the situation as of now, AOL and virgin are the fastest growing ones while BE broadband is giving unlimited access with great speeds. BT is good as usual.
