Can anyone recommend a broadband provider that is friendly towards customers who don't pay by Direct Debit?

I can't set up a Direct Debit at the moment, and I'm forced to pay an extra few pounds a month to Virgin for 'processing fees'. That alone isn't enough to make me consider moving, but I'm having some other issues with Virgin, and if I did move, an ISP that didn't charge you for paying by debit card or over the counter would be much preferable.
