Increasing wireless speeds
Currently, I use wireless broadband using netgear wireless router. I also experience slower speeds when I watch Youtube or download large files.
Currently, I get download speeds around 180 Kb/s with my 8MB connection. I have my router 6 meters from my PC and there are two walls and a refrigerator between the devices. I have no antenna presently and plan to buy one soon to boost the speeds.
As I do not know much about wireless and what maximum speeds I can get theoretically, are there any ways to boost the speeds?
