| HI your broadband speed I have no usefull tips on ISP etc, just an observation, I use to live in chelmsford and to my knowledge Broomfield is only a few mile out side the centre of chelmsford, I find it difficult to believe that you can not get fast speeds than that of dial up. I would suggest pressing BT again about this issue.
I have come to the conclussion with BT that unless it is straight forward the solution to a problem they do not want to know.
