I saw the new packages. It's a sign that 8Mb broadband is replacing 2Mb or lower speeds. Again, the ISPs may advertise the speeds, but all users will not get that speed. I would like everyone to be more informed on this issue, before one chooses a suitable package. Please read this useful piece of information:

Tiscali is one of the ISPs who offer affordable broadband & TV packages and I would certainly prefer this bundle as it also offers free freeview box.
