If you are using Internet Explorer you try it:
From the Tool menu, click Internet Options and then choose the General tab. Click on Delete under browsing history. Delete temporary internet files. Finally click on OK to exit.
If you a firefox user, in the Tools menu, select Clear Private Data, and then click on Cache to choose.
