Any formula to calculate the download speed?
I would like to upgrade to 8 Mbps from 2 Mbps. In fact I get 1.69 Mbps with my current package. My question is, is there any way to calculate the maximum download speed that is achievable on a line (with headline speed 8 Mb or 16 Mb)?
