| That is right it is very intimidating for many people. I do have to say this for them. It is easier to go to the Mall (AOL) to get what you need then it is to go from place to place (the rest of the net) for many new users.
Once they realize that they can access all of those places and more from other services they may consider changing, some people never will because they can do what they want from that service. |
