| My probs started when I tried to upgrade to broadband. I have made 30 plus calls to the rip off HeLP line. To cut a long story short I am still being debited for my old dial up account plus the speed touch account. I am supposed to have broadband unlimited now but that is a laugh. The livebox died the day they did an upgrade and I have spent the last two months mad as hell walking around thinking about this useless company. |
