| Was AOL ever good? After all it didnt attract the tag Arseholes on Line for nothing :-)
CPW find it pretty hard to run their own systems let alone a big one like AOL so I imagine that has had some down grading in quality, however I'm more thinking port throttling and traffic shaping is more to blame than quality of service.
