Basically, yes. If you moved to a new address they would still charge you for the remainder of the policy. They may allow you to migrate the contract to a new address, but that wouldn't cancel it.

I was not interested in cancelling it, just moving to a new address with the broadband contract. You would have thought that there would be a big notice about what happens if you move.
