I have been with Sky broadband over 2 years. Connectivity has not been consistent and moreover the bandwidth is poor. Download experience is really a hell with it.

After being with BT for more than 3 years now, I must say that BT has done a good job for maintaining a customer for nearly 3 years, where most of the providers lose their customers after a contract period, BT has taken effort to maintain them. Speed is also good. Good Work BT!!!

I recently switched to BT. The service engineers were quick and helpful. The service started within half an hour of installation. The speed too is good when compared to my previous providers. I did not face any serious issues till now. I am really happy that I changed to BT and will recommend it to all!!
